1. No Guarantees. Lauren Ashley Consulting cannot guarantee the results of the services and any comments about the outcome are expressions of opinion only.
2. Confidentiality. I acknowledge that I will be receiving information that is proprietary and confidential to Lauren Ashley Consulting. I will not intentionally disclose and will use my best efforts to prohibit the unintentional disclosure of any confidential or proprietary information concerning Lauren Ashley Consulting and any materials received. All information furnished to me by Lauren Ashley Consulting will be considered confidential or proprietary information unless otherwise indicated by Lauren Ashley Consulting.
3. Refunds. Due to the nature and delivery of these products, all packages and purchases are non-refundable.
4. Agreement. I understand that Lauren Ashley of Lauren Ashley Consulting cannot guarantee any financial or other results. I understand that there are risks associated with any business or personal investment and freely accept these risks. I accept that my Lauren Ashley is not liable for any loss or damages, to person or property, resulting from our interactions together.
5. Commitment. By purchasing, you agree to a 1-year commitment in the Aligned & Magnetic Business Academy. If for any unforeseen circumstances or you are not gaining value and would like to end your agreement, an agreement will be made between you, the Client, and Lauren Ashley Consulting.
